      Cindy Higbee

      Vice President of Operations

        Cindy's Role at DCI

Cindy’s most important role at DCI is allowing the team to “see the forest” but keeping them from “hitting the trees.”  Which makes her attention to detail even more important and keeps the team’s big picture thinking grounded in reality.  Cindy has an “uncommon” common sense and her “editor-and-chief” capacity assures that DCI’s development projects and plans are focused and clear not only for our clients, but for our client’s stakeholders, and the general public, too.

Why I Do What I Do

First, would be that I get to work with really creative people who make a difference every day by what they do.  Secondly, getting to know so many wonderful people (especially long-time residents) who share the love they have for their community and the joy they get when we’re able to help them.
